Submit your UB Psi Chi application and pay your lifetime membership dues here. (If your membership is declined, your dues will be refunded to you at a later date.) To begin, read the instructions below.

INSTRUCTIONS: There are three items you must submit to complete your application. If any of these items are incomplete or missing, your membership application may be declined.

1. The UB Psi Chi application completely filled out. You can download the application from this webpage: https://arts-sciences.buffalo.edu/psychology/undergraduate/psi-chi.html

2. An unofficial transcript or a copy of your Academic Advisement Report (AAR), including transcripts from any previous schools you may have attended.

3. In a Word document, a brief paragraph reflecting what you want to see accomplished through Psi Chi (e.g., activities you want sponsored, social events you want to participate in, etc.).

Additionally, you must pay the lifetime membership dues ($65) via this website and complete the application on the Psi Chi International webpage: https://memberapp.psichi.org/applicationformmember.aspx (Under "Chatper Name", make sure you select Univeristy at Buffalo, The State University of NY and NOT Buffalo State College.)
