Managing with AI Program-Executive and Professional Education

A concentrated four-module program that helps managers use AI to organize work, improve execution, manage people, and contribute more effectively to strategic conversations. Taught by UB faculty, it is designed for professionals who have recently moved from individual contributor or junior management roles into positions requiring greater coordination, judgment, and accountability.
