CEL Mastery Forum - Monthly Non-Profit Payment

Automatic Payment (credit/debit card or ACH/echeck) in installments. Recurring monthly charges will be assessed on the same calendar day as the initial payment with subsequent payments charged each consecutive month and no option to pause or delay payments.

A Confidentiality Agreement is required for participation in this program. Check below to acknowledge.

By submitting payment to complete the enrollment process in a CEL program, you agree to the following:

 

All payments made are non-refundable. Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full program and full program fee.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including withdrawal, dismissal, non-attendance or failure to complete the program.

If a participant withdraws or is terminated for any reason, any funds remaining in their account are forfeited and may not be applied, transferred or credited to future CEL classes, programs or services.

Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension or termination and does not relieve the participant of the obligation to pay the full program fee.

If a participant chooses to exit the CEL Mastery Forum program, a written notice is required 30 days prior to the participants official departure day from the CEL Mastery Forum program.
