CEL Core - Payment In Full

By submitting payment to complete the enrollment process in a CEL program, you agree to the following:

All payments made are non-refundable. Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full program and full program fee.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including withdrawal, dismissal, non-attendance or failure to complete the program.

If a participant withdraws or is teminated for any reason, any funds remaining in their account are forfeited and may not be applied, transferred or credited to future CEL classes, programs or services.

Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension or termination and does not relieve the participant of the obligation to pay the full program fee.

In the event of credit card issues, or other payment problems leading to delinquency, all outstanding balances must be paid in full by May 15. Participants with unpaid balances after this date will not be eligible to graduate.

Automatic Payment (credit/debit card or ACH/echeck) in installments ($1000 x 7 months = $7000). Recurring monthly charges will be assessed on same day as initial payment.
